Refund policy

At Cat Collectibles, please review the product description, language, format, quantity and pre-order details before placing an order.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges because you have changed your mind, including for unopened items. This does not affect your rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

Pre-order cancellations and delays

We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations for pre-orders before dispatch. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.

The product page states the scheduled release date and estimated dispatch timing. Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact affected customers with an update. If we cannot supply an item, we will cancel that item and refund the amount paid for it, including applicable taxes and associated shipping charges.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us at eldercatentertainment@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess the problem. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and explain any shipping arrangements.

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Any refund required by law will be issued within the applicable timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection law. Our change-of-mind return conditions and pre-order cancellation restrictions do not limit any rights you may have relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or late or non-delivery.
